System can be optimized to gives correct gloss for each Matt Finish Vehicle.
Overcomes variability seen from vehicle to vehicle.
No need to go edge to edge and risk colour variation compared to OE.
Matt Clear can be applied to convenient break line, matching OE finish and gloss level.
Can be used to cover all job sizes from Door Mirror covers and other small components to Full Body resprays e.g. Lamborghini / Mercedes.
Can be used on the majority of plastics without the need for flexible additives.

Application Process

	Mixing by weight P190-1062/-1063 P210-8815 P850-1693/4/5 or P850-1492/3/4/5	Standard System 5 parts 1 part 3.5 parts
	Pot-Life at 20°C	1 - 2 hours depending on hardener/thinner
	Spray viscosity	15 secs DIN4 at 20°C
	Spraygun Size	1.2 - 1.4 mm.
	Number of Coats	1 Full single coat, Flash off until evenly Matt all over + 1 Full single coat followed immediately by lighter (½ coat) cross coat
	Drying times: Bake at 60°C	30 - 35 minutes
