Autoklinikka Testing & Training – Nexa Autocolor Eco-Dry Primer

We have had the pleasure of welcoming course participants from Autoklinikka to our Copenhagen Training Center for a two-day seminar.

Technical Account Managers from PPG, Kari Kinnunen and Mikko Haverinen, had planned a tailored course for Autoklinikka to get in-dept training in some of NEXA Autocolor’s new products – with a special focus on the new Eco-Dry Primer.

Smoother finish than traditional primers

In the training, the participants tested all the steps related to the Eco-Dry Primer and evaluated the processes. They particularly liked that it was easy to apply and sand. As one of the participants said: “it is nice that you do not have to sand the orange peel away like with a normal filler. The smoothness of the surface is really nice.”

Fast application  

With Eco-Dry Primer, there is only flash off on the first coat – and it is very fast. Eco-Dry Primer is easy to apply and significantly reduces the working time as you do not have to wait between each layer.

Removing of bottlenecks

Due to the speed of process, Eco-Dry Primer is suitable when you need to do fast line repairs and it can help eliminate/reduce bottlenecks which is usually caused by waiting times in the priming work.
