Job vacancy: Sales Professional - Refinish in Sweden

PPG Refinish in Sweden is looking for a Sales Professional who can take the sales in the South-West of Sweden to the next level. You will be working with selling our two premium car paint brands that go hand-in-hand with a number of unique services that help our customers to drive a successful car repair shop.

As a Sales Professional, you will work in a highly competitive business where all the players are professionals. We are looking for someone to join our region South-West region with preferable base in Gothenburg, Malmö or somewhere in between.

You will work in a team with five sales professionals and seven technicians spread across the country. We go to market both directly and via distributors and we have two strategically located warehouses in the country from which we lead our operations. You will report to the national sales manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain current business and expand PPG footprint by organic sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our partners, customers and prospects.
  • Act as the first point of contact in case of any queries, complaints, etc.
  • Work together with the team to achieve the set goals.


  • You have affinity with the automotive refinish market, experience in the automotive refinish market is advantageous.
  • You have a commercially driven attitude with the ability to influence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks properly and work parallel on long term and short term results.
  • Collaboration and negotiation skills, creativity and ability to see solutions where others see obstacles.
  • IT proficiency within Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
